SHIPPING

Two Hands Madrid offers free shipping on all orders over 40 €.

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date confirmation and tracking information for your order. Shipping times vary by country.

After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, Two Hands Madrid cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Ordes placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or international shipping cost. Duty and tax charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by your country’s local carrier prior to delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase. Two hands Madrid is not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the import and final delivery of your order.

Delivery times are estimates. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Two Hands Madrid is not responsible for unanticipated delays by carriers or customs clearance.

Two Hands Madrid ofrece envíos gratis en todos sus pedidoS a partir de 40 euros.

Después de hacer efectivo su pedido, Usted recibirá un correo de confirmación. Las ordenes serán procesadas entre 1-5 días laborables, según la disponibilidad del producto y verificación del pago realizado. La dirección de envío no podrá ser modificada una vez el pedido haya sido realizado.

Una vez su pedido haya sido procesado, Usted recibirá un correo electrónico con la información de la fecha de envío y un número de seguimiento. El tiempo de envío varía según el país.

Después de la entrega en la dirección indicada en su pedido, Two Hands Madrid no se hace responsable de paquetes extraviados o robados.

Los pedidos hechos en fines de semana (sábados/domingos) o en días festivos, se procesarán el siguiente día laborable.
